The Kaelus executive team combines world-class technology, consulting, and engineering expertise with award-winning, multinational savvy gained at Summitek Instruments, Triasx, TRAK Microwave, Allrizon, and other industry leaders. This diverse and experienced management team directs and executes Kaelus market strategies and technical initiatives, and guides the company's fast-paced growth.

Jacqui McLaughlin, President

Jacqui McLaughlin is currently the President of Kaelus and provides overall leadership to this global organization. In 2004 Jacqui held the position of managing director for TRAK Microwave, Smiths Interconnect Microwave Components products in the UK. From there, Jacqui went to China where she was the managing director for the Smiths Interconnect business just prior to joining Kaelus in 2011. Jacqui also holds a BSC BEng Electrical & Electronic Engineering from the University of Strathclyde, UK

Michael Symes, President, Site Solutions

Michael Symes is presently the President of Site Solutions with Kaelus. Mr. Symes has held this position since July 2008 at which time he sold his business to the Smith’s organization to become part of the Kaelus family. Prior to joining Kaelus, he owned Triasx Pty Ld, an Australian telecommunications business which was originally launched after a management buyout of his company Filtronic. Mr. Symes currently oversees all business activities for the Site Solutions segment of the Kaelus business worldwide.

Suzanne Bell, Finance Director

Suzanne Bell is the Finance Director for the Kaelus Group. After working for several years within various financial roles for Motorola, in the UK, Suzanne joined TRAK Microwave, UK as the Financial Controller in 2001. TRAK was acquired by Smiths in 2004 with its Telecomm product line becoming part of Smiths Interconnect Wireless Group in 2008. Suzanne stepped up to the position of Group Financial Director continuing in this role through the full integration and rebranding of Kaelus.

Rick Hartman, President, North American Operations, Site Solutions

Rick Hartman manages the North American operation of Kaelus Site Solutions in Denver, Colorado. Mr. Hartman launched Summitek in 1996 and has been a key figure in defining PIM test techniques and solutions for more than 15 years. Summitek was acquired by Smiths Group in 2001 and recently merged with Triasx to form the Site Solutions Value Stream within Kaelus. In addition to his operational responsibilities, Mr. Hartman also manages the Americas Sales organization and the Global Service Centers located in Denver Colorado, Brisbane Australia, Edinburgh Scotland, and Shanghai China.

John Wilson, General Manager, Integrated Wireless Products

John Wilson manages the sales and general operations for the ferrite and radio links products offered by Kaelus. He has been with Smiths Interconnect for almost 17 years. John previously worked for TRAK Microwave out of the UK as a microwave design engineer, project manager and business manager prior to his promotion of general manager of IWP in 2011.

Tom Bell, Vice President, Marketing & Business Development, Site Solutions

Tom Bell is the Vice President of Marketing and Business Development for Kaelus, Site Solutions. Prior to joining Kaelus in 2009 he served as Vice President of Group Marketing for Jaybeam Wireless (4 years), General Manager – Americas for CSA Wireless (5 years), Business Development Director for Prodelin Antennas (1 year), Marketing Product Manager for EMS Wireless (10 years) and Project Engineer for Motorola GEG (2 years.) Tom is currently responsible for managing marketing programs, channel development and new business development for the Site Solutions segment of Kaelus.

Greg Delforce, Director of R&D

Greg Delforce is based out of Brisbane, AUS and manages all of the engineering and R&D groups for Kaelus. Greg previously co-founded and managed Filtronic Pty Ltd until the business was sold and became Triasx in 2005. As a co-founder of Triasx Greg oversaw the engineering and R&D groups. In 2008 Triasx because part of the Smiths family of businesses and Greg remained in place to manage the engineering teams. Greg holds a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering with 1st class honors from the University of Queensland, Brisbane, Australia.

John Duffy, Director of Operations, China

John joined Triasx in 2007 to help establish a green field manufacturing capability in China after 12 years with Filtronic Comtek, six of which were based in China. Progressing from roles in production and industrial engineering, John has become a champion of process control and supply chain management to deliver effectively and efficiently to the Telecommunications industry. Following the integration of the constituents of the kaelus Group John was appointed to lead all operational activities in China.
