Tower Mounted Amplifiers (TMA), also known as Masthead amplifiers (MHA) or Tower Top Low Noise Amplifiers (TTLNA,) provide a cost effective way for network operators to improve site performance. TMAs amplify weak uplink signals from mobile subscribers enabling higher data rates, better building penetration and improved signal coverage.
