Kaelus is now part of Galtronics creating a unified End-to-End RF Portfolio

Toronto, Ontario, Canada May 29th 2026. Galtronics, a Baylin Technologies Inc. subsidiary, today announced the completion of its acquisition of Sweden’s Kaelus AB. The combination of the Galtronics and Kaelus businesses creates one of the industry’s most comprehensive end-to-end RF solution portfolios.

Kaelus brings new capabilities in Base Station Antennas including beam-through technology, RF Conditioning equipment, GNSS Synchronization including anti-jamming technology, and world-class Test and Measurement equipment.
