Microdata Telecom Announces the Acquisition of Filtronic Wireless AB, Sweden

Microdata Telecom, the Swedish supplier of high-quality RF Conditioning and PIM Test & Measurement solutions, today announces that it has signed an agreement to acquire Filtronic Wireless AB from Filtronic Holdings UK Ltd. (A wholly owned subsidiary of Filtronic PLC).

The acquisition will be completed on January 2nd 2020.

Filtronic Wireless AB’s design center in Stockholm, Sweden and its antenna team have a well-respected reputation for producing innovative, high- performance and high-quality products throughout their experiences within LGP Allgon and now Filtronic Wireless AB.
