Kaelus Launches New iVA Analysis Modes

Kaelus, an Infinite Electronics brand, announced today the launch of two NEW software analysis modes for the iVA Cable and Antenna Analyzer.

Now available with the purchase of a base iVA, Transmission Mode (iVA-TMA) and Channel Power Mode (iVA-CPA) add new measurement capabilities, further expanding IVA functionality.

“The new iVA analysis modes open up additional measurement capability and packages that capability with all of the great features of the existing iVA,” said Tony Langelaan, Test & Measurement Product Line Manager for Kaelus. “You can measure everything required for site certification.”

iVA-TMA*
Transmission Analysis Mode enables two or more iVA's to perform accurate swept insertion loss, antenna isolation and radiation pattern measurements.

• Directly measure insertion loss and isolation
• Up to 7 units can be connected together via Bluetooth
• Accurately measure transmission loss (magnitude only)
• 90dB dynamic range
• Comes with all features of base iVA

* Transmission mode requires two or more iVA-TMA’s

iVA-CPA
Channel Power mode enables the user to determine the total RF power between any two frequencies, in a single spectrum monitor trace test. Measurement modes include CW signal and modulated signal.

• Measurement bandwidths of up to 75MHz allowed
• Levels range from -100 to +15 dBm
• Both modulated and continuous wave signals supported
• Comes with all features of base iVA
